Christian von Järten was born in Hamburg. A qualified businessman in the property and housing industry, he is the founder and managing director of the VON JÄRTEN & CIE Immobilien group of companies, to which NEUBAUTEAM also belongs.

Among other things, he has provided comprehensive advice to private and institutional investors in a leading UK property consultancy and successfully assisted in the development of portfolios in Germany.

Before founding his companies, Christian von Järten worked as an office manager for Sotheby’s International Realty in Hamburg and coordinated the sales activities for a destination in Switzerland for a well-known major investor in Zurich.

Christian von Järten has been present on the property market for two decades and has excellent national and international contacts with numerous decision-makers from key property players. In total, the projects he has supported have a property development and transaction volume of around 1 billion euros. Cornelia Höhne has over 30 years of professional experience in the business and commercial sector, including more than 26 years in the property industry. Her broad expertise includes traditional residential property brokerage, direct sales and letting of a diverse property portfolio as well as professional property management.

She has built up and developed her expertise in various corporate structures – from small, agile private companies to large global corporations. Among the renowned companies in which she has worked as a manager are HochTief, CB Richard Ellis GmbH and PATRIZIA Deutschland GmbH. For the past seven years, she has been responsible for direct sales of new construction projects at a family-run construction company in northern Germany.

Cornelia Höhne is an honorary member of the Franz Wirth Memorial Foundation, which supports highly talented young musicians. As a musician herself who plays several instruments, this activity is particularly close to her heart. She is happy to support talented young people who have to overcome financial hurdles in order to pursue their musical careers.

Fabian Müller was born in Hamburg, has been working in the property industry for almost 10 years and was already enthusiastic about property at a young age.

Mr Müller completed his dual training as a real estate agent at the renowned real estate agency Engel & Völkers, where he quickly distinguished himself through his commitment and expertise. He soon took over the management of the letting department and distinguished himself not only through his high level of professionalism, but also through his enthusiasm for the property sector. At the same time, he demonstrated his sales talent in the high-end residential property segment.

With his extensive market knowledge and over 250+ successfully completed transactions in the rental and sales sector, Mr Müller has earned an excellent reputation in the industry. His reliability, his negotiating skills and his eye for the essentials make him an experienced partner who understands customer needs perfectly and always finds optimal solutions.

In addition to his professional passion, Fabian Müller is also very active in his private life and takes advantage of the many sporting opportunities in and around Hamburg. In his free time, he can often be found on the Alster, where he regularly goes jogging.

Alica Klemp has been working as a property agent on the Hamburg property market for more than 8 years and knows the subtle nuances between Hanseatic restraint and an exclusive lifestyle. She acquired her expertise in Hamburg’s HafenCity, where she not only successfully marketed sophisticated residential and commercial properties, but also accompanied new-build projects from the planning phase to the sale and handover of the keys.

This understanding of the entire process – combined with her open, clear communication and a keen eye for detail, which gives her an eye for both the client’s wishes and the special features of a property – still characterises her way of working today: reliable, forward-looking and personal.

David Andjic, born and raised in Hamburg, has in-depth business and commercial expertise, which he initially acquired in his family’s media company. He worked there for almost a decade and gained valuable experience in corporate management, sales and strategic business development.

In 2018, he made the switch to the property sector and began his career at Engel & Völkers Commercial Hamburg. Over several years, he specialised in the apartment building and investment property market and advised both private and institutional investors on transactions and strategic investments.

Mr Andjic then devoted himself to realising his own real estate projects and transactions. This was the beginning of his close co-operation with VON JÄRTEN & CIE, which eventually led to a permanent partnership. Today, he contributes his extensive market knowledge, excellent network and expertise to the company, particularly in the areas of project acquisition, investment strategies and investment properties.

Outside of his professional activities, David Andjic takes advantage of the many sporting opportunities that Hamburg has to offer and can often be found around the Alster.

As assistant to the management, Gabriele Gottfried is the central point of contact and representative link at VON JÄRTEN & CIE Immobilien GmbH, both within the team and as the management’s right-hand woman.

As a native of Hamburg, she feels deeply connected to the Hanseatic city and enjoys the proximity to the Alster and Elbe rivers, which offer her space for relaxing walks and cycle tours.

Her professional career is characterised by international experience and extensive knowledge in the property and assistance sector. Travelling through the USA, Asia, the United Arab Emirates and Europe, she was able to gather not only formative impressions but also valuable knowledge. Her time in Northern California with REALTY WORLD of Northern California was particularly significant, where she was able to familiarise herself with the real estate business and innovative shop systems in the industry. This solid foundation then led her to ENGEL & VÖLKERS in Hamburg, where she further developed her expertise as an assistant.

In the course of her career, Mrs Gottfried also took on significant assistant functions in leading companies such as FIELMANN, AMPFLIFON and KINGSPAN-Logstor, and gained valuable experience as an assistant to the board and as an honorary board member of a foundation. With her extensive professional background and passion for the property sector, she eventually returned to her original field to bring her knowledge and skills to a sophisticated and exclusive boutique company such as VON JÄRTEN & CIE Immobilien GmbH.

Sheila Hallwass is an experienced marketing and communications expert with 16 years of professional experience. After training as a marketing communications specialist and completing a part-time degree in public relations, she began her career in well-known agencies and companies. There she developed into a specialist in the marketing communications mix and continuously deepened her expertise.

Through her work with brands from the high-end segment, she has developed a keen sense of stylish communication and creative storytelling.

Since 2022, she has been supporting JÄRTEN & CIE in the property sector, where she contributes her expertise to the successful positioning and placement of property projects. Her focus is on the development and implementation of customised communication strategies to present each property in the best possible way.

In addition to her professional activities, Sheila Hallwass finds balance in yoga, which she not only practises but also teaches. This personal passion gives her strength and strengthens her ability to work in a focussed and creative way.

Celina Steffensen joined the VON JÄRTEN & CIE marketing team as a working student in March 2025 and impresses with her creative way of thinking and her flair for digital trends. Born in Hamburg, she successfully completed her bachelor’s degree in media management and digital marketing in the same year and already has a wealth of practical experience.

During her studies, she worked as a student trainee at Aspria Germany, where she supported the marketing team with fresh ideas, initiative and a clear eye for effective communication.
A semester abroad in Australia also gave her exciting insights into international marketing strategies and broadened her horizons in the field of global brand management.

From March 2025, Celina will be studying for a Master’s degree in Media and Communication Management with the aim of deepening her specialist knowledge and developing future-oriented communication solutions.

In her free time, she finds balance at the gym, where she regularly works out and recharges her batteries for her varied tasks. With her open manner and high level of commitment, she is a valuable asset to the team.
